This year’s Annual General Meeting takes place on November 10th, at Totnes United Free Church, 56 Fore St, Totnes, TQ9 5RU. Doors open at 6.30pm, with the meeting itself starting at 7pm – and, as ever, there’ll be tea and mince pies to keep you going through an evening of good discussion.

It’s your chance to hear what TRESOC has achieved this year, and to help shape where we go next. The society only moves forward because members turn up, ask questions, and get involved – so come along and make your voice part of the conversation.

A quick practical note: we need 53 members for voting to go ahead. We’d love to see every one of you there, and the more of you who come, the better this evening reflects what actually matters to our membership.

Can’t join us in person? That doesn’t mean you have to miss out on having your say. We encourage every member who can’t attend to complete the online Proxy Voting Form – and because TRESOC’s rules require a 10% member turnout to pass resolutions, every proxy vote genuinely counts.

Prefer paper? Print the same proxy form from the link below, sign it, and send it back to us – either by post, to TRESOC, 107 High Street, Totnes, TQ9 5SN, or by scanning and emailing it to admin@tresoc.co.uk.

Coming along in person? Just let us know by emailing admin@tresoc.co.uk, so we can look forward to seeing you.

Ahead of the meeting, we’ll be sharing last year’s AGM Minutes and Accounts summary with all members, linked below.

See you there!
